1. Processing electronic accessory orders
Orders from electranexus.work are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Courier delivery
We use standard courier delivery for phone accessories, cables, stands, spare parts, and other electronic-related products. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on courier route and location.
3. Checking the parcel before use
Customers should check whether the parcel, product model, connector type, quantity, and included accessories are correct before installing or using the item. Keep the packaging if there is a claim.
4. Address accuracy
Incorrect names, phone numbers, addresses, or postcode details may cause failed delivery or extra courier charges. These issues are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Delays or missing parcels
If tracking shows a long delay, contact electra-nexus@outlook.com. We will assist with courier checking, but courier investigation time and final delivery handling depend on the courier provider.
